We reserve the right to refuse clients.

First time cleans may have an extra fee of $20-$50 depending on the house size and what needs done the first clean.

Payment is expected at time of service.

There will be a $30 trip charge if we cannot get into your house to clean at the time you were scheduled.

Returned checks will have a $30 fee.

Cancellation Policy: Client must give a 48 hour notice for cancellations or a $20 fee will be applied to the next clean.  We understand that emergencies happen and things come up, we will take that into consideration.

Anything more than a basic cleaning requires advance notice, at least 48 hours so we can adjust our schedule.

Customers who need an Initial Deep Clean but instead opts for a basic cleaning agrees that any areas that need deep cleaning will only be given a basic cleaning. Options will be made available.

We do not clean up clutter, dirty dishes,  excessive toys, clothes, jewelry laying on dressers or other items that may be laying around unless it is in your quote to do those things.

There may be an extra charge for homes outside our service area.
